Lucy McLean, who recently completed her sophomore year at Ipswich High in Massachusetts and representing New England Elite Track Club, placed second in the girls 15-16 division 800-meter final in 2:13.79 at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
